Certain content is available only to paid subscribers. Access to paid content is granted for the duration of an active subscription and may not be shared, transferred, or sublicensed.
Paid subscriptions are governed by our Billing & Cancellation Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
In summary:
Subscriptions are billed annually in advance.
Subscribers may cancel at any time to prevent renewal.
Access continues through the end of the paid term.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.
All content provided through the Service — including text, charts, graphics, analysis, and original frameworks — is owned by Ghostline Strategies LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal or internal business purposes only.
You may not:
Reproduce, redistribute, or republish content
Share paid content outside your organization
Post content publicly or behind another paywall
Use content for training, resale, or commercial redistribution without written permission
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Paid Executive Editions and intelligence briefings are intended for a limited audience and may include sensitive analysis.
Subscribers agree not to:
Forward paid content externally
Quote paid content publicly
Attribute analysis to The Operational Edge without permission
Unauthorized redistribution may result in termination of access without refund.
The Service and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.”We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
Accuracy
Completeness
Timeliness
Fitness for a particular purpose
