Subscription & Cancellation Terms

• Paid subscriptions to The Operational Edge – Executive Edition are billed annually in advance.

• Subscribers may cancel at any time to prevent renewal at the end of the current billing period.

• Cancellation does not terminate access immediately. Access continues through the end of the paid annual term.

• All subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. We do not offer prorated or partial refunds for unused time.

• These terms apply regardless of usage level or duration of access.
